1. Introduction
These draft terms govern purchases and services from LUXHIVE LIVING, a brand operated by LUXHIVE MARKETING & ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By ordering, you agree to the final terms presented at checkout.
2. Products & custom orders
Measurements, materials, colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen representations. Bespoke orders require written approval of drawings, materials and scope. Design changes after approval may affect cost and production time.
3. Prices, GST & payment
Product prices, shipping fees and applicable taxes are presented at checkout. Final GST treatment depends on product classification and the seller’s statutory obligations. Orders using cash on delivery are subject to approval and serviceability.
4. Delivery & installation
Lead times shown on product pages are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The final schedule will be communicated upon order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate access and delivery instructions. Large furniture and installation needs may require advance scheduling.
5. Cancellation, returns & refunds
For non-custom products, returns and refunds will follow applicable Indian consumer law and the final published return policy. Custom-made items may have limited change-of-mind cancellation rights once production starts, but this does not restrict statutory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming goods. 6. Warranty & care
Any specific product warranty must be provided in writing with the product. Follow care guidance and report any manufacturing defects with supporting photos and order details.
